sc across top of belt to last end of row of 2nd side panel. Finish off. Rep across bottom of belt.
LINING
Lie belt flat on fabric to be used for lining. Use belt as template, and cut fabric around the belt leaving a ¼-inch
seam allowance. Hand or machine-sew to back of belt.
TIES
Cut 5 40-inch long strands of yarn in MC. Fold one strand of yarn in half. Use a crochet hook to draw the fold
through a sc in last row of 1st side panel; this will form a loop. Pull the ends of the strand through this loop; pull
to tighten. Rep for remaining 4 sc in last row of side panel. Braid strands together; tie off. Trim ends evenly.
Rep for 2nd side panel.
